There a few reasons you may choose this option. Perhaps you have used hypnobirthing in a previous pregnancy, or have attended one of my full courses before and just need a little recap. This course is ideal.
Alternatively you may not be fully sold on the idea of a full course or the price point may put you off. Allow me to change your mind, if the course is booked for this reason it provides a great platform to upgrade to the full course. ( Please note this is not the full Calm Births course)
